A Cozy Little Fort

Grandpa Hank and Grandma Sue have one of the largest willow trees I have ever seen. During a recent storm a large part of the tree fell creating the most beautiful and cozy little fort!

Prolonging A Passion

After my foot injury I realized running can not be my sole passion. After some research and great referrals (Thanks Sarah!) I found road biking gives you close to the same endurance feeling to distance running. So to prolong my passion of running I got a road bike! I have had two weeks now to break it in and I have to say it is growing on me! Today I met with a specialist who adjusted and tweaked my bike to form to my body like a glove. After two hours on a bike trainer this was achieved! My biggest accomplishment of the day was learning to change a flat tire. With road biking you cover lots of miles and unfortunately this increases your chance of blowing a tire. Dad, you would be proud I was full of grease and loved every minute of it! Thank you to Joel, Don and Chris at New Moon Bike in Hayward for the outstanding service. You guys Rock!

Besides with family I have a very difficult time leaving Henry and Mea. Then Nicole came into the picture. We absolutely adore you Nicole! Thank you for the amazing love and care you give my children!
