I am so thankful to have a husband who supports so many of my crazy pursuits! Waking at 3:00 a.m. to watch you wife run in 92 degree heat is devotion.

Love Your Body, It Is Incredible

In my 13 years of distance running the past 5 years have brought me such an appreciation for the human body. The fact my body produced 2 healthy children and recently recovered from a major foot injury is amazing to me. The 33rd running of Grandmas Marathon is this weekend and I am so blessed to participate. Love your body for each is incredible in it's own special way!
